The purpose of the role

Customer Service Senior Specialist is providing support to Wella Distributors in MEA region. They are responsible for E2E order management in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments. Customer Service Senior Specialist is building collaborative relationships with Customers and sales team also liaising effectively with contacts across the whole supply chain in order to contribute to improvement of order fill rate, timeliness of order processing and delivery to customers’ warehouse. They are also a key point of contact for Customer’s queries and managing complaints on order quantity or quality.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Processing Customers’ orders including order entry, availability check, credit check and coordinating till invoicing
  • Close cooperation with DC to properly schedule shipments
  • Supporting and coordinating preparation of all necessary documentation
  • Cooperation & communication with Sales Managers, Commercial Leaders, Market and Production planners
  • Providing support to Commercial Team and timely responses to enquiries
  • Being single point of contact to Customers on matters related to orders, shipping, billing
  • Resolving Customers’ complaints in timely manner
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Issuing credit/debit notes as appropriate to Customers

 

What you will bring along:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Experience working with SAP or other order management system
  • Solid computer skills particularly with MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset
