THE ROLE
Working with a multifunctional team and supporting the Director, Digital & Consumer Engagement and alongside the Senior Manager, Global Digital Content & Social Media, your role will be integral in the delivery of Influencer and PR strategy for OPI. This role drives all aspects of OPI’s global earned media component of global strategies, initiative launch, toolbox assets, strategic partnerships, influencer identification and recruitment, digital communities, PR efforts focused on outperforming key competitive brands on key markets and driving high EMV (Earned Media Value). You’ll be looking for opportunities to maximize OPI brands’ reach and reputations across Earned Media platforms – delivering high impact influencer marketing campaigns, providing proactive and reactive influencer outreach, and providing global PR strategy/crisis management guidance to all markets. You’ll support with Influencer management: contracting, management, payment and content review in collaboration with the social media & marketing teams. You will also lead the Global Digital Team in finding efficiencies, and implementing new tools and processes for streamlining influencer management across markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Global Influencer Marketing Strategy
- OPI Influencer Marketing Pyramid - global & local direction
- Community Activation strategy of Earned Channels, including driving connection and synergy with paid activations and e-comm to maximize earned coverage.
- FB Groups Program Management (50k users)
- OPIcons / Nail Boss Program Management (300 users, IG + TikTok)
- Community activation strategy for global owned channels.
- Responsible for global talent identification, contract and relationship management with global influencers such as Top nail artists, Bloggers, Lifestyle or pro influencers. Point of Contact for talent approval process.
- Earned Analytics & Reporting – incl. influencer campaign KPI tracking
- Ownership over Influencer/Creator Management tool
- Accountable for ensuring the execution of Center of Excellence Earned Playbooks & Guidelines
- Earned Media Budget Management
- Issues & Crisis Management Point of Contact
- Ownership & Distribution of Earned Media Best Practices
- Global Point of Contact for PR Agency & local market needs
- Best In Class Event Strategy & Guidance
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- You have 5+ years’ experience in PR and influencer marketing either in-house or agency side;
- You have proven experience in delivering brand messages online and seeding videos/photo content;
- You have a strong understanding of the social media landscape; you have knowledge of influencer marketing management and analytics platforms including Tribe and Traackr/CreatorIQ/Grin.
- You have excellent organizational skills and experience in setting objectives and evaluating the success or otherwise of key activities;
- You are able to priorities and work under pressure meeting deadlines in a timely manner with a flexible and friendly attitude;
- You embrace and accelerate change, thinking outside the box and bringing fresh ideas, in a fast paced environment;
- You show a strong sense of individual accountability and able to work with autonomy;
- You pioneer new ideas & approaches and are committed to deliver results;
- You are a strong team player and collaborates easily with others, willing to help and learn from others and shares relevant information with the team;
- You communicate effectively, delivering impactful presentations; you are able to negotiate and influence;
We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: <$98,300 - $144,100 > salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
