THE ROLE 

In this role, the Customization Planning Analyst will work with internal and external teams on new and exciting packaging concepts for NA Customization projects.

The Customization Planning Analyst will manage the Customization projects from conception to completion and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure we meet our timelines to meet our SOS. They will be responsible for updating and tracking timelines for all projects to ensure all tasks’ deadlines are completed on time. They will also lead weekly meetings with the internal teams to review the projects’ status and action items. They will support the MD Planning setup, costing, W&D updates in SAP, NFG setup, forecast confirmation, and other related planning activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Lead all project meetings and coordinate the seamless integration between all Operational, AW Team, Marketing, Sales, Planning, and Production processes and functions involved.
  • Create and maintain detailed timelines for each project with key development milestones and proactively track and manage their adherence.
  • Manage the timely and effective communication of the risks and corrective actions required to ensure perfect execution of projects.
  • Manage the CCF request, BOMs verification, FGs master data setup, W&D updates in SAP, NFG creation, and setup.
  • PPK’s forecast verification with DP.
  • Manage ISA tracking and reviewing.
  • Maintain the CPS tracker and review task updates of each project during team meetings.
  • Maintain the waste information tracker for all PPKs.
  • Create and update BOM, POG, and LOA documents for vendors.
  • Lead project postmortem meeting to review the performance of each project.
  • Identify underlying weak processes and systems and establish objective-driven improvement action plans that create an environment of continuous improvement in all work processes. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience: 2-3+ years’ experience in supply planning, demand planning, project management, data analytics, and/or production management
  • Education: BA/ BS in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field
  • Technical Skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, Microsoft Project
  • Experience owning measures and improving results
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, transparently, concisely, and on a timely basis with leadership.  Comfortable with dealing with conflict and issue resolution
  • Ability to challenge and refine business process and/or data requirements
  • Aptitude for problem solving; proven ability to create, implement and measure new processes
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively across different styles.  Develop strong partnerships.  Must be able to work well with people not physically collocated.

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: $68,000-$74,000 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role. In addition, Wella Company provides a rich variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
