THE ROLE

You will play a major role in growing revenue with our eCommerce customers, via supporting new product listings, developing & executing tailor-made digital plans, and monitoring customer online KPIs. You will also be responsible for the strategy and operation of our company’s e-shop (B2B platform targeting our professional beauty customers); aiming to grow respective revenues.

You should have a solid understanding of how digital tools add value to company strategy and performance. The ideal candidate is motivated by working on new and strategic projects, with a genuine understanding of and appreciation for excellence in performance & customer service. This is partially a client facing role, so you'll need to be consultative, super-organized, and able to educate and build trust with clients in a new business environment. You will work closely with external but also internal stakeholders (mainly digital marketing, but also brand & trade marketing, finance, supply-chain, etc). Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assure sustained E-Commerce revenue growth by supporting new listings and developing tailor-made digital plans for key eRetailers (Brick&Click and Pure Players)
  • Own the strategy, implementation, and operation of owned B2B e-shop; design promotions, monitor customer base and sales development, update content and contribute to future platform upgrades and features.
  • Localize/Customize Global Brand Assets, when needed;
  • Measure performance and impact of all e-commerce platforms/customers/initiatives, by creating ad hoc reports and analysis;
  • Create a forecast and development plan on a yearly and quarterly basis in cooperation with internal business stakeholders as marketing, supply chain, and finance departments;
  • Co-owner (with digital marketing manager) of the CRM platform
  • Monitor new e-commerce and digital trends to identify and launch new business opportunities with key customers;

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven work experience in E-Commerce management with client-facing experience (3-5 years). Preferably from the FMCG industries;
  • Digital Marketing & CRM experience
  • Project management skills developed within a matrix multinational organization will be considered an asset;
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mind-set for driving digital and e-commerce innovation;
  • Flexible person with teamwork capabilities, solution and objectives oriented;
  • Photoshop user;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Fluent in English.
