THE ROLE

 

The Junior Category Manager /Trade Marketing Executive will play a key role in achieving sales targets and category growth, by implementing the go-to-market strategy and monitoring all Trade Marketing Activities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•             Promotional plan ownership: Drives the development and owns the maintenance of the National Promotional Plan, utilizing key tools like the competitive tracker and trade budget.

•             Market analysis: Conducts comprehensive market share analysis by integrating internal sales data with external market reports

•             Customer Strategy and Trade marketing activities. Collaborates cross functionally with the Trade Marketing Manager, Sales and the internal teams (Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) to coordinate the implementation of sell-in plans /promotion planning to market and customer needs and the allocation of sales /marketing materials.

•             In-store marketing. Ensures seamless and timely delivery of branded materials & in-store activations. Assists in the development of merchandising for all Wella brands in the retail channels.

•             Product Launches: Participates in product launch process, ensuring the effective execution of go-to-market plans and tracking post-launch performance.

•             E-commerce. Responsible for the e-commerce retailers’ accounts. Generates data-driven insights and manages relationships with partners.

•             Sales Conference /Sales Cycles per Q. Assisting in the Sales Conference coordination & execution, preparing presentations and translating brand and activation presentations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

•             Professional background in Trade Marketing at Beauty/Hair products FMCG 3 years.

•             E-commerce background.

•             Experience with in-store marketing & merchandising.

•             Fluent in Greek and English.

•             Pragmatic leadership & good communication skills.

•             Collaborative with excellent priority setting skills.

•             Strong initiative and follow through.

•             Ability to translate brand strategy into customer strategies.

•             Strong strategic and analytical skills.
