THE ROLE
The Customer Services team are responsible for the day to day operational tasks in order handling to ensure first class customer service.
The Customer Services Representative provides a key interface between the company and our external customers. As a member of our multi skilled team you must be passionate about meeting and exceeding customer’s expectations! The work is fast paced, and you will handle a large amount of high value orders on a daily basis
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key day to day responsibilities include but are not restricted to:
- Responsibility for all aspects of order capture via email and EDI.
- Building excellent collaborative relationships with both customers and the sales team.
- Liaising effectively with contacts across the total supply chain.
- Resolving customer and sales team queries in a timely manner, processing credits, debits and returns as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Should have been actively involved in customer service or customer facing roles within the past 5 years.
- Is passionate about Wella brands and demonstrates desire to develop further in this field
- Shows a strong sense of individual accountability and is able to work with autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage cross functional relationships
- Strong MS Office competency and previous experience with systems (ERP, CRM, SAP etc.) is essential
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can multitask, have good time management skills and are a continuous learner.
- Is credible and confident to talk about our products/services
