THE ROLE

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will lead the Customer Marketing strategy & execution for several of our largest, highest profile accounts, developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally. Success will be achieved through delivering sales out improvements across colour, care and styling, working cross functionally with sales and education to deliver best in class joint business plans. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers annual targets, NIS£ and sell out KPIs in line with customer objectives.
  • Understands industry landscape and key influencers and acts as the voice of the customer internally, leveraging key insights to drive share & reapply across the Salon Professional organisation.
  • Builds exceptional relationships with our customers, developing an in-depth understanding of their consumer, client journey and available touchpoints to ensure we are fit to win in centralised and de-centralised chains.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team to agree Joint Business Plans in line with Wella IMP, leading the development of differentiated customer marketing plans in store and online, leveraging key moments.
  • Creates bespoke point of sale/merchandising materials and tailored campaign assets in line with customer brand equity & Wella brand guidelines.
  • Own customer marketing A&CP and relevant contracted marketing budgets, ensuring all spend is forecasted, tracked, and evaluated accurately to maximise ROI for Wella and the customer.
  • Thinks digital first, with solid understanding of that impact the store environment and how to leverage these as part of customer joint business plans.

Essential:

  • Knowledge of Professional hair category.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset.
  • You have strong initiative, with proven ability to translate brand strategies within accounts.
  • You are very organized, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. 
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with external agencies.
