ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about beauty, digital commerce, and making brands shine at the digital shelf? Join our dynamic Trade Marketing team and help us activate Wella’s iconic hair brands across key e-retailers in Germany and Austria.

As Junior Trade Marketing Manager E-Commerce, you will play a key role in translating brand plans into best-in-class online execution. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and E-Retailers to drive flawless campaign implementation, support promotional activations, and ensure brand visibility and conversion across platforms like Amazon, Douglas, Flaconi, and Zalando.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of eCommerce trade marketing activities across all major retailers
• Localize and implement global brand toolkits and campaign materials
• Coordinate digital promotions and product launches with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor online brand presence, support with content updates and quality checks
• Assist in tracking performance of activations and compiling retailer best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Digital to ensure alignment on priorities
• Manage sample and asset requests, and support day-to-day campaign operations

WHO YOU ARE

• First experience in Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, or E-Commerce
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Team player with a passion for beauty and digital commerce
