THE ROLE
The role of the working student is to support on all the facettes of daily routines ranging from test placements for product testing, demo-development up to finding statistically relevant ways of analyzing data.
There will be the opportunity to manage specific projects independently, including planning and execution
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of data-based claims support (includes working in the lab)
- Help to develop and execute demo ideas to show product benefits.
- Execution and documentation of carried out work
- Administrative support
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing a Master's degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Biology, or another lab-related discipline), ideally in the final year
- Good practical laboratory skills. Good attention to detail. Ability to write accurate lab records
- Ideally experience of experience on lab test methods and in statistical data evaluation.
- Organised and structured working approach & the ability to work independently in a reliable and careful way, “hands-on” mentality
- Solution-oriented attitude, conceptual and analytical thinking, striving for results, flexibility and responsiveness
- Creative thinking to come up & express new ideas for products, processes, etc.
- Proficient in data analysis and management and word processing
- Keen to experience more about the “world of beauty”
- Enthusiastic and collaborative team player who enjoys working in multi-cultural & diverse teams across departments, regions & globe
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skills written and verbal, Fluent in English
- Available for 1 year
