MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze sales trend, monitoring the impact of marketing campaigns and promotions. Ensure the Initiatives Master Plan is executed in line with timings, volumes and Company KPIs. Contribute to the S&OP process with deep analysis on sales trend and aligning all related functions to the right optimization of the Company strategies.

Reporting to: Demand and Supply Planning Manager – Wella Italia

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Forecasts using statistical modeling software to analyze and validate data; analysis of exceptions  
  • Improve Forecasts accuracy to meet Companies KPIs;
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to discuss planned product promotions in order to improve fcst accuracy and excellent customer execution
  • Manage Initiatives: benchmarking previous launches, influencing Mkt and TM to adjust fcst in line with distribution plans and supply constraints.
  • Define and implement Standard Processes related to Demand inside the Local Supply Chain Department
  • Operate with discipline following Standard Operating Procedures in order to get the right responses in time with business needs.

The IDEAL FIT

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a demand planning/forecasting role;
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures;
  • Good computer skills (Advanced Excel);
  • Good analytical skills and problem solving attitude
  • Collaboration and communication skills, team work attitude
