THE ROLE

During your internship in Wella Company, you will be involved in a system transition that will reshape how we plan and forecast demand. You’ll have the unique opportunity to be part of this transformation, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Review key customer orders to ensure stock availability without any service impact.
  • Follow up on out-of-stock items with our hub in Poland.
  • Update daily reports for the supply chain team to support decision-making.
  • Monitor the obsolescence stock and identify opportunities with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Tracking on key initiatives performance to ensure objectives are met.
  • Support sales and marketing with data requests to run the business

 

 

 

 

What You Will Learn:

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize processes.
  • Develop skills in reporting, data management, and strategic planning.
  • Gain experience with supply planning systems and tools.
  • Understand the end-to-end supply chain process.
  • How to analyze demand and manage stock levels effectively.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor (or currently studying last years) of BA, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of demand planning is a plus but not required.
