THE ROLE
- Support in the implementation of communication plans for the brands within the portfolio.
- Operational coordination with PR, social media, and influencer agencies.
- Management and follow-up of product shipments to press, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Support in the organization of brand events, product launches, and special activations.
- Monitoring of publications, media coverage, and campaign results.
- Preparation of reports and analysis of communication and influencer marketing KPIs.
- Support in the creation and adaptation of communication materials.
- Administrative coordination: budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Education, and Sales teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Student in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in communications, influencer marketing, social media, and the beauty industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of English proficiency.
