THE ROLE

We are looking for two Operational Marketing Interns to join our Iberia Marketing team, supporting either OPI or Sebastian Professional & Nioxin. In this role, you will support the execution of brand marketing plans, helping ensure the successful implementation of product launches, activations and commercial materials for customers and consumers. Working closely with Sales, Education, Communications, agencies and internal partners, you will gain hands-on experience in brand execution within the professional beauty industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate point-of-sale materials, merchandising and tools for Sales teams, including sales circulars, product code management, furniture implementation and promotional materials.
  • Track activation calendars, project timelines and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, market analyses and business updates.
  • Monitor budgets, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Support the analysis of sales performance, competitors and market trends.
  • Manage samples, promotional materials and day-to-day operational brand needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Education and Communications teams to ensure excellent execution of brand plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently studying Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interest in product marketing, brand management and the beauty industry.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong execution and results orientation.
  • High level of English; Spanish fluency required.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
