As part of a transformation, the PSC is evolving into a modern, scalable, and technology-enabled HR service organization. This includes increased automation, use of AI, and strong end to end ownership of employee operations.

We are looking for a People Support Center Specialist – EMEA, who will play a critical execution role in delivering high quality payroll, Time & Attendance, and benefits operations across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in operational excellence, customer service, enjoy working across countries, and want to help shape the future of HR Service Delivery in a fast-growing, global organization.

This role can be based in France or Spain (Madrid) or Poland (Warsaw / Lodz) and works closely with local people teams, global process owners, and external vendors.

Why This Role Is Exciting

  • You may join the PSC during a major transformation phase, not a steady state setup.

  • Business is growing rapidly, which means the PSC will continue to evolve, offering learning, exposure, and career growth.
  • The PSC Specialist role is mission critical: your work directly impacts employees’ pay, benefits, and trust in HR.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a People Support Center Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution for a defined EMEA country cluster, including:

Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Execution

  • Execute monthly payroll processes in partnership with external payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Manage Time & Attendance inputs, validations, and corrections in line with local rules and payroll calendars.
  • Administer employee benefits (enrolments, changes) in accordance with local legislation and company policies.
  • Support processing of variable payments such as bonuses, salary increases, allowances, and ad hoc payments.

Compliance, Controls & Quality

  • Ensure payroll and people operations comply with local labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Participate in payroll reconciliations and collaborate with Finance on GL accuracy and monthly controls.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date work instructions and process documentation.

Service Delivery & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a subject matter expert for employee queries related to payroll, Time & Attendance, and benefits.
  • Manage case-based inquiries through the PSC service channels, escalating complex issues when needed.
  • Work closely with local People teams, global PSC roles, Finance, and external vendors.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation

  • Actively contribute to process simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Support the adoption of new tools and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset, challenging “how things are done today.”

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Experience in HR Operations / People Services, ideally supporting multiple countries within of them France (2+ years).
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Hands‑on payroll execution experience for France. Any other EMEA countries payroll execution experience is considered a plus.
  • Solid exposure to Time & Attendance and benefits administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and payroll calendars in a structured way.
  • Confident communicator who works well with multiple stakeholders.

Language Skills (Highly Valued)

  • Experience using HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors or equivalent).
  • Exposure to transformation environments, shared services, or scaling organizations.
  • process and technology-oriented mindset, with interest in automation and AI.
