The company is undergoing a profound digital transformation and Digital Marketing is a key priority in the organization.
We are currently looking for an ambitious, talented, growth mindset leader to lead Digital Marketing across Owned, Earned and Paid with the primary focus on our largest brand: Wella Professionals across Color and Care portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Innovation Portfolio Financials for Retail Hair brands:
- Participate in Innovation Gate Process with multifunctional team and ensure Innovation financials delivery
- Own Anaplan innovation management system: train new multifunctional team members, guarantee robustness of the financials, ensure all innovation projects are included in Anaplan, perform yearly commercial conditions update
- Produce analysis on Innovation portfolio: assess innovation sufficiency vs targets, produce post-launch assessment
- Guarantee cooperation between local and global teams on innovation plans, monitor FFU (Fit-for-use) submission from local teams
Produce Global Retail Hair brands reporting and business analysis:
- Issue monthly actuals reports and forecast updates
- Calculate yearly margin forecast by brand by market
- Analyze business trends
- Provide ad-hoc business analysis by utilizing SAP Hana BI
Collaborate with multifunctional team on building Innovation COGS estimate:
- Set and deploy COGS target for RH Innovation
- Consolidate and maintain Innovation COGS template estimate
- Support initiative teams to run COGS benchmark
