At Wella Finance, you are part of a multicultural team to provide financial analysis services.

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team.

You support the global finance team with analysis, budgeting, initiative and strategic planning in line with company objectives.

The key objective of this role is to own and drive the earnings model analysis for the company, creating reporting per category, channel, brand, category and sku for the full P&L., working in close collaboration with the marketing, sales, supply, education and corporate teams. This is used as key tool to influence the key strategic choices for the company and set the implementation plans.



  • Global cost to serve. P&L per channel / segment / brand / SKU / franchise / category.
  • Lead reviews with regional and local leadership
  • Territory profitability analysis. SG&A productivity analysis per country, territory, and education / sales agent. Key to enable local productivity exercise and very important for next year.
  • Lead review with local leadership to deliver continuous optimization.
  • Education activity system. Point of contact for education function to understand new investments, education P&L, strategy on income and expense etc
  • Data Science company point of contact for Cyklum, the data science company used
  • Prepares informative business reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting company financial data for decision support.
  • Creates and interprets research data to highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducts insightful and ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
  • Establishes and enforces policies and procedures; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
  • Performs financial reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Support FP&A team by providing reporting per channel and customer type.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders in various departments across the company.
  • Actively participate in special / strategic projects and process improvement initiatives.



  • Experience working with ERP/various IT systems and perform ETL (extract, transform, load data from various IT systems)
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, PPT, Power BI) and ability to distill large amounts of data.
  • A Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar.
  • Experience with end-to-end process assessment and implementation
  • Ability to prioritize and organize, ensuring all tasks are completed in a time efficient manner.
  • Capacity to ‘think outside the box’, introducing new ideas and concepts to optimize current practices.
  • Disciplined work ethic with attention to detail while keeping in mind the overall big picture.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken required.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions.
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated industry is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of any of the following languages would be a plus: French, German, Spanish.
