THE ROLE
The incumbent will get the opportunity to flex analytical skills to lead critical thinking and insights towards the health and performance of North America logistics. The role involves analysis to develop logistics plans that affect distribution, inventory and COGS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transportation accruals & process implementation: To collect, present and analyze logistics data related to transportation to drive business decisions on optimization, Monthly actuals and operational executions.
- Monthly Journal entries validations: create and track monthly Journal entries based on accrual decisions, cross charges, capitalization and capital investment projects.
- P&L month end reports: Analyze and provide P&L actuals and variances understanding to local team via analysis, cost validations that drive business operational results.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to improve workflow within the organization.
- T&W Monthly operation report maintenance: To maintain and update monthly, reflecting the changes to actuals and variances reconciliations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Advanced English
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial analysis role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial analysis software and tools - SAP and Excel Advanced - Power BI intermediate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting is a plus
