THE ROLE
At Wella, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM). As an RSM you will be responsible for delivering Business Targets and retaining and growing existing customers and winning new ones. Your team consists of Business Development Consultants (BDC) spread across Finland. In addition, you will support the sales team in achieving their targets and you will be able to lift the team to a higher level and motivate them.
· Achieving KPIs: Responsible for setting individual goals from the Lead Team and ensuring the sales team meet and exceed these goals
· Manage and monitor the budget
· Defining the strategy for the region together with the Lead Team
· Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
· Data & Reporting: Analyze business reports and create plans and actions based on them
· Team Management: Mapping the Capability and motivation of the sales team and drawing up action plans
· Responsible for enabling the sales team to reach their full potential by investing sufficient priority, time and resources in team culture, individual Capability and coaching
· Conduct feedback conversations on professional and personal development of the sales team. Identify and further develop talents
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven track record with excellent sales results (min. 3 years) in a B2B sales or team lead role
· Strong leadership and collaboration skills. You know how to make a great team – and the best out of each employee/team member
· Strong team player, Wella Family is important – and you will always put the team first
· Great Communication and presentation skills – when you talk, people get motivated and listen
· Creative with a mindset to challenge status quo
· In touch with trends and enjoy fashion and beauty
· Entrepreneurial mindset – enjoy accountability for results with freedom on how to deliver them together with the team
· A high drive and motivation to achieve results and hit sales targets
· Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
· Structured and analytical with good planning capability
· Ability to diagnose customer needs and present solutions that help them grow their business
· Driving license & willingness to travel
· Fluent in English & Finnish – both speaking and writing. Additional Nordic languages advantageous
· Relevant education, preferably a degree in business administration or similar
The role reports to the Country Manager Finland.
