THE ROLE

We are looking for an analytical and eagertolearn Trade Marketing Manager (TMM) who is ready to take responsibility for brand development, marketing strategies, and strengthening commercial execution in the professional salon channel. In this key role, you will ensure that the company’s strategy is translated into impactful, locally relevant actions—creating value for our customers, growing our brands and supporting our sales organization in reaching its targets.

The Trade Marketing Manager is part of the local Lead Team and the Northern Europe Trade Marketing team, playing a central role in business development and execution.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analysis, Sales Tracking and Planning

  • You will proactively produce local sales and market analysis to support decision-making. A key part of the role is defining next steps and action plans based on your analysis.
  • You will also be responsible for planning launches, campaigns and other activities for the local professional salon market, ensuring a customer‑centric approach, leveraging local market knowledge and analyzing profitability. Producing or sourcing sales support materials is also part of the TMM role.

Budget Responsibility

  • Ownership of the marketing budget and operating expense budget, including monthly follow-up.

Ownership of Sales Meetings and Sales Cycle Processes

  • You will coordinate the planning and execution of sales meetings as well as the preparation of presentations.
  • You are responsible for executing the sales cycle process in Finland on schedule and in line with the Northern Europe strategy.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in sales, marketing or other relevant commercial roles.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • Pragmatic leadership style and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills.
  • Readiness to work across multiple workstreams and manage them within set timelines.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to carry plans through to completion.
  • Ability to translate brand strategies into concrete customer strategies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
