THE ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join Wella Company’s regional marketing team, supporting brand strategy and execution across the CEEMEA FSD region. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in localizing global brand initiatives, driving impactful marketing campaigns, and translating consumer and market insights into strong brand growth. You will work closely with cross-functional and local teams, gaining hands-on exposure to regional brand management while contributing to the development of iconic professional beauty brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and execution of regional brand positioning strategies in line with global guidelines and local market needs.
- Localize and implement global marketing campaigns, ensuring cultural relevance and consistency across CEEMEA FSD markets.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive brand growth.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
- Coordinate regional marketing events, conferences, and training programs for distributors and salon professionals.
- Manage and support local social media activities, including content planning, performance tracking, and community engagement.
- Oversee localization of digital and e-content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency.
- Develop and localize point-of-sale materials (POSM) for retail, salons, and distributors in collaboration with agencies.
- Contribute to the creation and adaptation of B2B media and communication materials for distributors and professional customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within FMCG or professional beauty categories.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign localization, and go-to-market execution in multi-country or regional environments.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content localization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the CEEMEA region as required.
