THE ROLE
We’re looking for an ecommerce specialist to join our ecommerce department. This is a newly created role that will see you building ground-breaking campaigns and bringing bold ideas to life
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce sales, online retail, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central, TMS etc
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerBI, Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Experience working with digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, CRM, and affiliate marketing is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce sales, customer marketing, content management/ digital merchandising /warehouse management, and customer service management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (especially in Excel & PowerPoint)
Desirable:
- A genuine interest in Sales/ E-Commerce in Beauty Sector
- Internship/Job experience preferably in an FMCG company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Having successful planning and organizational skills
