THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to contribute to Wella's Education vision to become the undisputed leader and best industry partner in ANZ, by delivering a high performing Education opportunities to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as part of a field education team, the primary responsibilties of this position are:

FIELD EDUCATION

• Deliver Education leadership and support to our salon customers
• Drive GROW (sales) and GAIN (new salons) via Education-led activity
• Facilitate F2F and online Education seminars and activity, in line with the Education curriculum  
• Respond to customer needs with solutions based on technical knowledge and experience
• Complete Wella’s Education Academy (EdAc) as part of your career development journey, in line with business expectations
• Drive EMV (earned media value), reach and engagement through your own corporate social media handles, to build your profile as an industry influencer

Your performance will be measured by:

• Achieving agreed goals set by the business including, but not limited to: GROW (Sales, brand x-distribution)/GAIN (new salons) in your territory, contributing to State and total business results
• Achieving EdAc goal

To be successful it is essential that you have:

• Hairdresser technical expertise, with an indepth knowledge of Salon Professional products and education services (Wella colour is an advantage, but not a necessity)
• A minimim of 5 years salon experience
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking with a proactive growth mindset
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills
• High level of social competence, liked by internal and external customers
• Digitally savvy, understanding of social media and basic content creation
