ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an AP Payment Analyst being part of team based in our EMEA SSC. You would work within a team of ~10 people to provide the complete, accurate and timely processing of Payments, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures as well as external regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ensure efficiency & high quality of Payment Processes
- Accelerate value & make an impact by doing day-to-day operations:
- Monitor payment deadlines and control the execution of payments
- Regular Payment Proposal Preparation & Execution
- Manual Payments & Urgent Payments Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any internal queries related to payment process and ensure the right satisfaction level
- Close cooperation with Banks Representatives, Treasury Department and other SSC team members
- Continuous improvement and standardization process
- Drive independent simplification / continuous improvement initiatives and issue resolutions
- Create and update process related documentation (SOP)
- Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within and outside the organization
- Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality.
- Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet the requirements.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- Minimum a Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or any related field.
- Minimum B2 level of English, both spoken and written
- Relevant experience related to Payment & Banking Processes
- SAP or Microsoft Dynamic knowledge would be an asset
- Very Good attention to details
- Ability to work across cultures with all levels of the organization as well as with different functions.
- MS Office, with focus on advanced knowledge of Excel
