ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Accounts Receivable team at the Łodź Shared Service Center. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in the AR processes.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its targets. This includes monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and defining action plans to drive better results.
- A major part of the role involves coordinating internal and external audits, making sure the AR processes are compliant with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Driving continuous improvement within the team will be a core focus. This includes identifying inefficiencies in current processes, proposing solutions, and leading initiatives to implement process enhancements.
- Close cooperation with other teams and departments, facilitating knowledge sharing and ensuring that there is alignment between different functional areas.
- Highlighting risks within AR processes, helping to identify potential issues before they escalate. This may involve working with leadership to mitigate these risks and develop contingency plans.
- Coordinator in the onboarding process collaborating with Senior Manager to ensure new hires are well-prepared and supported in their roles.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- A university degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in AR processes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive, results-driven approach.
- Both verbal and written communication skills are critical to collaborate effectively with senior management, internal and external parties.
- Mature attitude towards challenges and problem solving.
- Ability to work across cultures with all levels of organization as well as with different functions.
- MS Office (Excel Advanced), SAP, and other AR tools.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Cross-functional experience across different finance functions (AP/AR/RTR).
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong desire to solve problems autonomously.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to organize and plan effectively to drive results.
