AR Senior Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an AR Senior Analyst to be part of the AR team based in our EMEA SSC. You would provide financial data analysis and prepare key AR reporting to help business make key strategic decisions. In this position you will work closely with AR Senior Manager and local stakeholders to make sure reporting has desirable quality and provides accurate information. You would be responsible for monthly global AR KPI calculation, bad debt calculation and support internal audit in AR controls reviews. Along with Continuous Improvement initiatives in SSC you will strive to seek better solutions in area of AR reporting.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Help the business to prepare critical financial AR data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions.
- Providing data analysis and innovative reporting solutions on new BI platforms
- Execute data collection to cover the monthly closing process
- Ensure efficiency & high quality of AR processes
- Raise awareness to the business about opportunities & risks based on segment and innovation performance.
- Independently handle incoming/outgoing communication with key stakeholdes (written and verbal)
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
- Support projects to improve efficiencies and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- A minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Account Receivable area
- Basic accounting knowledge or Account Receivable process knowledge
- A Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field will be an asset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken required
- MS Office (Excel advanced), Power BI, SAP
