FP&A Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support our operations in the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal). This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment, contributing to financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in delivering financial insights and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support the monthly forecast, AOP annual budget, and long-range planning cycles
- Monitor the month end closing process in collaboration with R2R Team and Co-pilots
- Perform financial performance analysis, identifying variances and business drivers
- Prepare management reporting packs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and identify deviations in strategic budgets
- Support regional FP&A reporting and consolidation processes
- Monitor SG&A budget control and sales forecast performance on a monthly basis in collaboration with HR and RTR
- Support the new Forecast S&OP process in collaboration with Demand Planning teams
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data across ERP and BI tools
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or business analysis, ideally in a multinational environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet and key financial indicators
- Experience in SG&A tracking and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment
Nice to have but not obligatory:
- Experience in consumer goods, retail, or services industry
- Exposure to regional FP&A reporting structures
- Working knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, or SQL
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
