ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance Team delivers an effective finance support service to the business to strengthen decision-making by providing timely and accurate reporting and business information. The appropriate financial control framework facilitates improvements in the business, promotes the management of financial risk within the organization and meets increasing statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Sales Finance Analyst will be an essential part of our dynamic Finance Team, reporting to the EMEA & APAC Sales Finance Manager. This role focuses on transactional and operational aspects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes, and providing support in the month-end close and analysis activities for Pan-European customers across categories.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and define pricing processes and price lists for Pan-European customers.
  • Support in the month-end activities for commercial accruals.
  • Assist in financial analysis to support informed decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate the implementation and tracking of key performance indicators, contributing to value creation and maintenance for various business groups.
  • Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to manage and interpret a wealth of data sources, supporting integrated and intelligent data utilization.
  • Contribute to monitoring and evaluating the performance impacts of various strategic business decisions, advocating for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and team members, enhancing data integrity, financial analysis, and actionable business intelligence.

 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Knowledge of analytical tools, financial modeling, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear presentation of financial insights and findings.
  • Solid organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and operational enhancement efforts.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and drive personal and organizational growth within a dynamic and innovative environment.
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work in hybrid model (2 days a week at our SSC Lodz office)
