Intecompany Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Intercompany Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our intercompany processes.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Month-end closing of intercompany scope for entities
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and flows,
• Managerial reporting of intercompany flows,
• Stock in transit,
• Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts balances
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Cooperation with ICO Expert
• Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality
• Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within & outside the organization
• Collaborate with internal team for solving raised issues and ensure the right satisfaction level

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in a matrix organization, preferably in a BPO, SSC, or GBS environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and SAP.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, with a focus on RTR, AP, and AR.
• Very good command of English
