Intercompany Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Month-end closing of intercompany scope for entities
- Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and flows
- Managerial reporting of intercompany flows
- Stock in transit
- Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts balances
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Cooperation with ICO Expert
- Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed
- Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality
- Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within & outside the organization
- Collaborate with internal team for solving raised issues and ensure the right satisfaction level
- Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet the requirements.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
- 1–2 years of experience in a matrix organization – ideally within a BPO, SSC, or GBS setting.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Cross-functional exposure to different finance areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Record to Report.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A self-starter attitude – you're proactive, resourceful and always looking for ways to improve.
- Sharp analytical skills and a strong attention to detail – you spot patterns and solve problems with confidence.
- Solid experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP – you know your way around the tools that keep things running smoothly.
