ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Commercial finance team. This role will support multiple stakeholders and budget owners, including HR team and Leadership team. Reporting to Senior FP&A manager, you will get to lead forecasting and actuals analysis process for SG&A, drive savings and optimization projects, deliver insightful reporting and facilitate CAPEX process.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of SG&A non-people cost such as real estate leases, company car leases, facilities maintenance & services, and T&E in all countries in Northern Europe cluster.
  • Monitor, analyse and deliver the SG&A non-people cost vs target, including tracking, reporting, and analysing of monthly performance vs latest rolling forecast in a timely manner.
  • Participate actively in month end close activities, such as prepare and post journal entries, checking actuals in SAP vs latest rolling forecast.
  • Regular meetings with budget holders to support the development of rolling forecast and to ensure key themes, issues and opportunities are highlighted.
  • Consolidate and challenge SG&A non-people cost across the countries/budget holders through detailed analytics, benchmark between markets and teams.
  • Ensure full control of correct accounting data are used by users/budget holders in posting SG&A cost in the company system through available payment systems such as invoices, P-card, and comp credit card.
  • Maintain good collaboration and teamwork with other functions within and outside Finance team to ensure overall process and work is efficient and clear to reach agreed upon goals.
  • Support CFC controller Northern Europe in ad hoc projects/reports.

  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • High level of comfort with planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Positive and analytical mindset with ability to interact across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
  • Team player, growth mindset with openness to change, attention to detail, and a fast learner.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present information in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office program.
  • Working experience with SAP.
