Senior Analyst, Global A&CP Controller

ABOUT THE ROLE

The HQ A&CP Sr. Controlling Analyst will be leading planning and reporting of the HQ A&CP (marketing cost). While interacting with many budget owners, the Sr. Controlling Analyst will help to ensure the marketing spend happens within the approved budgets and in line with the company policies and ROI mindset.  

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead budget planning, including LRBP, AOP, forecast updates; cascade budgets to all stakeholders, keep informed and accountable;
• Provide diligent tracking vs. budget; communicate both Corporate and Global results on a monthly basis (meetings with key stakeholders);
• Post all necessary journal entries, correctly and with sufficient documentation;
• Prepare Global A&CP reporting deck to the top management;
• Drive compliance with the rules & procedures, scarcity mindset, identification and execution of cost opportunities;
• Own royalties forecast, reporting and payment

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

Essential:

• A Bachelor´s degree in Finance/Accounting, or related subject
• 3+ years of experience in budget control, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Adaptable, enthusiastic and a continuous learner
