Senior Finance Analyst, Cost FP&A

ABOUT THE ROLE

 The Sr. Analyst will lead the monthly OPEX & CAPEX reporting (including top management) and support the preparation of the investment approval meetings (aka Capex committee).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual SG&A and Capex reporting, including the management review decks (also by Function).
• Manage and coordinate the Capex committee, ensuring proper review, approval, and tracking of capital expenditures.
• Prepare and post the journal entries for Capex and Restructuring project.
• Assist in coordinating the budgeting and forecast process.
• Conduct trend analysis, variance analysis, and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide financial insights to stakeholders for reporting and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Utilize financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, EPM) to analyze and report financial data

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, including advanced Excel skills
• Ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
