Senior Financial Analyst FP&A

THE ROLE

The FP&A Analyst will be an essential part of our dynamic Finance Team, reporting to the Global FP&A Senior Manager. This role focuses on transactional and operational aspects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial processes, and providing support in the financial planning and analysis activities across Wella Corporate functions and commercial regions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support in the consolidation, coordination, and presentation of monthly financial reports and annual profit forecasts, contributing to the yearly planning and strategic 3-year planning processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and team members, enhancing data integrity, financial analysis, and actionable business intelligence.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and support Senior FP&A Manager in decks preparation.
  • Play a role in enhancing operational synergies across our commercial regions, contributing to improved operational practices and strategic collaboration.
  • Utilize various analytical tools and methodologies to manage and interpret a wealth of data sources, supporting integrated and intelligent data utilization.
  • Assist in financial analysis to transform complex data into strategic business insights, supporting informed decision-making processes.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Higher degree in finance, accounting, management or economics
  • Very good English skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Very strong analytical skills – analyzing data, drawing conclusions and creating recommendations
  • Experience in working with databases
  • Strong communication skills
  • Initiative, creativity and independence in finding solutions
  • Solid organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and operational enhancement efforts.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and drive personal and organizational growth within a dynamic and innovative environment
  • Ability to plan and organize one’s work schedule
