- Collect, clean and connect data from relevant logistics, customer and operational sources.

- Share progress and insights with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Three focused projects progressed through framing, analysis, pilot or implementation.
- Service improvement opportunities supported by connected customer and operational insights.
- A pipeline of AI & Automation opportunities to improve service, customer experience or reduce cost.
- Solutions and documentation that can be sustained, scaled or further developed after the internship.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Studying, or recently completed, engineering or a related quantitative field.
- Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns and summarising findings.
- Interest in AI, automation, supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations.
- Structured, curious and able to test ideas quickly.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
- Strong written and spoken English; an additional language is an advantage.
- Proactive and service-minded, with a willingness to learn.
- Coding or scripting experience preferred but not critical (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA)
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
- Experience contributing to real logistics challenges with visible business relevance.
- Practical experience applying AI and automation in an international supply chain environment.
- Exposure to global distribution centre, 3PL, customer service and digital stakeholders.
- Coaching on operations management, project management & communication skills.
