THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY:

This new role is to lead the development and execution of the company’s enterprise-wide data & AI strategy. This role will also lead enterprise data governance, building business processes to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility reporting to the Chief Digital Officer.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Developing and stewarding the company’s strategic, pragmatic approach to AI and generative AI across all business functions
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for data and AI, via solid relationships both internally and externally.

Success Metrics:

  • Delivery of core Data as a product use cases that drive actionable revenue growth or optimization opportunities
  • Scalability, performance, and integration of data systems to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Collaboration with business leaders, department heads, and external partners to understand their data requirements.
  • Prioritized & accelerated AI initiatives that deliver proof of value and meaningfully impact the company’s business

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing enterprise data strategies in a leadership position within a complex organizational structure
  • Significant experience in driving C-Suite level understanding of the impact of Data & AI strategies
  • Deep knowledge of AI and generative AI technologies and their business applications
  • Proven track record of driving change and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Ability to lead large & dispersed teams in a multi-time zone working arrangement
