Scope/Brands: Manage the Clairol, Wella, Silvikrin and Shockwaves portfolio in the UK Discounters channel

 THE ROLE

 

As a Wella National Account Executive, you will have overall account management responsibility for specified Discounter customers. Success will be achieved through delivering sustainable growth across the channel by developing and maintaining exceptional relationships with our retail partners across all relevant departments within the customer business. You will work in close partnership with our marketing and commercial team to leverage our portfolio of brands and drive new opportunities for Wella.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding of customer objectives and direction
  • Plan, develop, agree and implement an annual Joint Business Plan with the specified customer, activating contingency plans when necessary.
  • Agree listings for all new products and brands as appropriate
  • Meet Quarterly/Yearly growth targets as provided by Wella
  • Manage an investment plan to drive consumer awareness whilst maximising profitability
  • Share and reapply best in class execution and breakthrough ideas across the team and organisation
  • Be the voice of the Discounters within Wella Retail Hair

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are an ambitious and driven individual motivated by growing your business
  • Previous Sales experience preferably within FMCG
  • You are very organised and operate with high level of discipline
  • You are collaborative with excellent priority setting skills
  • Strong initiative and follow through, with ability to translate brand strategies within accounts
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are digitally savvy
