We’re looking for a Digital Content Creator and Blogger to join our Digital team based in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for the management and development of video and editorial content for use across the Company’s digital platforms, including websites, blogs and a mobile application. This education content is pivotal for professionals in the hair and nail industry, as well as DIY content for non-licensed professionals.  The Digital Education Manager will work closely with the eCommerce and CRM teams to provide content and insights, virtually educate and enable mobile shopping across platforms. This role is based at our headquarters in Los Angeles, CA. Content Creator responsibilities include producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business.



  • Develop and manage flow of content for site, App and blog, including webpages, articles, videos and education materials
    • Research, evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and develop ideas and campaigns across
    • Generate, research, and pitch ideas for content.
    • Write, edit, publish, and promote content using advertisements, emails, social media, and other methods to alert and attract new readers.
    • Ensure proper measurement and end-to-end tracking across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with Influencer Marketing to research, identify, onboard, and maintain key partnerships with bloggers, professional hair stylists, nail technicians, influencers, and media publications.
  • Perform competitive education content audits and analysis in the digital and social media spaces, reporting and reviewing key findings, trends, voids, and opportunities for B2B
  • Pitch and develop social community concepts, executing them with the Community Associate Producer and Manager with a connection to eCommerce
  • Continuously analyze eCommerce key performance indicators linked to educational content and identify opportunities to grow awareness, conversion and trial across platforms while reducing churn to help business continue to grow
  • Stay up to date with trends and present key findings, patterns, voids / opportunities, to continuously build upon and grow B2B program.




  • Deep understanding of e-commerce fundamentals
  • 3+ years in digital content creation
  • Proficiency in Wordpress (Blog)
  • Experience in Content Development, including Videos and Articles (Print/Web)
  • Comfortable in Agile Team / Workflow Setup
  • Role is Hybrid – 2 days per week at headquarters in Los Angeles, CA

  • Cosmetology License
  • Experience developing curriculum for Beauty brands based on Learning Types and Modalities
  • Open and accessible management style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and drive collaboration across the team
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen to understand, and to translate the company/brand education strategy to customers and enroll them in support of our strategies
  • Ability to effectively resolve competing priorities for Brands, team and other functions
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment
