Marketing Manager Retail Hair Color Global
Retail Hair Brand Activation Coordinator Intern (m,f,d) — Wella Company
THE ROLE
This is where brand strategy meets real-world execution. As part of the Global Retail Hair Color team at Wella Company, you will sit at the heart of some of the most exciting brand campaigns in the beauty industry — helping bring them to life across markets with precision, creativity, and speed.
You will play a critical role in keeping campaigns integrated and on track — connecting teams, managing assets, and owning the operational backbone that makes great marketing possible. From production follow-ups to budget management and digital content, you will work across the full activation ecosystem and gain hands-on exposure to how technology is reshaping the way global brands create, deliver, and optimize content at scale.

- Upload and manage assets in the brand binder and relevant asset management systems
- Support toolkit organization and coordinate delivery of assets to markets
- Contribute to the development of global activation toolkits (VM and e-commerce assets), leveraging AI tools where relevant
Production & Post-Production Follow-Up
