THE ROLE

Own and drive the global RH Styling portfolio strategy, focusing on core brands Wellaflex, Silvikrin, and Shockwaves

Lead end-to-end innovation development, from insight to in-market launch, delivering commercially impactful and globally scalable initiatives

Drive portfolio optimization and harmonization across markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance

Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply, Trade, CI, Finance) to deliver projects on time, in full, and within financial targets

Manage brand and project marketing with clear ownership and accountability
Key Responsibilities
Brand innovations & growth

Be an expert on the brand’s current and potential users to uncover insights that inspire impactful marketing strategies and product ideas

Lead product and commercial innovation, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment and clear priorities

Co-lead communication toolbox development, from strategy to execution and market deployment; while owning end-to-end e-commerce and VM content, ensuring consistency with positioning and strong consumer engagement

Lead global launch readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Consumer Insights, Design, Trade Marketing, Finance, Product Supply) to bring new products and commercial initiatives to life on time and with excellence

Work closely with external agencies to develop marketing toolkits, support new product launches, and ensure seamless deployment to markets
Key Brands and next projects - Styling RH portfolio, with focus on Wellaflex, Silvikrin, and Shockwaves

Co-lead the definition of Wella Styling RH overall strategy, incl. portfolio, innovation and growth plans across tiers and geographies

Design and deliver concepts and packaging for the upcoming initiatives in plan, ensuring global relevance with local adaptability; lead all gates from Brief to Go

Drive COG optimization by region to maximize gross marginCo-lead FFU process with the markets, securing reliable financials assumptions and efficient marketing & media plans, leading to neutral/accretive margins vs AOP and Strat Plan

Build and manage optimized A&CP for the above initiative & Brands, while ensuring sufficiency
-
Co-lead the overall Marketing & Communication plan of the launches, working together with the Activation team, markets and agencies to deliver 360-degree toolkit
Base business

Competitor Analysis: continuously monitor brand & category performances, to identify competitors, market trends, and potential threats or opportunities

Contribute to Brand Book creation & implementation for each sub-brand
Qualifications
-
Master degree in Marketing, Business management or Economics
-
7+ years including global / regional marketing experience in both design and delivery
-
Proven ability to consistently deliver goals, execute with excellence, and solve problems independently with minimal guidance.

Creative mindset, and always up to date on the latest trends in sustainable marketing
-
Ownership, accountability and evidence of agility
-
Very organized and able to lead multifunctional team, manage all stakeholders and timings in parallel
-
Data driven and focus on excellent execution, innovative and creative thinker
-
Comfortable working with tight deadlines in a complex organization, with various internal partners & external agency partners

Experience in local marketing is a plus

Passionate about Brand building and beauty trends

Fluent English mandatory, any other language is a plus
