THE ROLE
We are looking for an intern to support the daily functions of the Wella Professionals Brand Marketing Team on all aspects of the marketing plans, the brand, and learn more about the business and the cross-functioning teams and roles. As a key member of a small, highly agile, and fast‑paced organization, the intern will participate in the teams’ daily activities and meetings and contribute to the marketing campaigns that further the company's strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining important tracking documents, establishing, and contributing to brand presentations, assisting the overall organization or day-to-day operations.
- Assist in gathering data and insights to support marketing and communications strategies.
- Support with developing engaging content for social media posts and campaigns.
- Assist the Marketing Team by creating briefs for asset creation for initiatives.
- Manage core operational marketing processes, including Data Entry Forms, coordinating samples, product organization, event support, promotional item sourcing, and product shipments to Ambassadors, influencers, vendors, and agency partners.
- Assist with Paid Media needs.
- Perform Ad Hoc assignments or projects assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our ideal internship candidates are excellent communicators and can multitask well. You should also have good organizational abilities and be able to juggle several priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Through your work, you will gain practical skills and insights into the strategies and tactics that drive effective branding, marketing, and communication.

- Genuine passion for marketing and a desire to contribute to process improvement projects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a desire to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Project Management Skills.
- Comfortable in a deadline-driven environment.
- Resourceful team player: Able to juggle multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing critical work and being accountable for results.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field).
- Commitment to internship for 1 year.
- Proficient in Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Doc.
- Savvy with major Social Media Platform such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
- Previous Marketing experience or internships is a plus.
