THE ROLE

During your internship in Wella Company you will have the opportunity to work in a strategic project from the scratch. Your deliverables will include:

 

Product launch support

  • Preparation of materials for professional channels:
  • Creation of circulars in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Code opening management.
    • Preparation of Excel for promotion follow-up.
  • Preparation of material for eCommerce channels:
    • Adaptation of images according to the channel specifications.
    • Adaptation of videos in Spanish and Portuguese.
    • Writing and review of product information in both languages.
  • Creation of local materials in collaboration with the production agency for point-of-sale materials:
    • Code generation.
    • Development of volumetric and point-of-sale (PO) materials.

 

Support to Brand Managers

- Updating of the WellApp platform in Spanish and Portuguese.

- Management and updating of web content (OPI).

- Organization of folders with materials for social networks.

- Coordination of product shipments to vendors.

 

Retail (OPI)

- Adaptation of graphic strips with product launches.

- Adaptation of visuals for points of sale.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree ADE / Marketing
  • Professional experience in digital agencies, communication, brands 
  • English proficiency
  • Versatile and detail-oriented person
  • Organized, ability to manage multiple tasks, resolute
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to work under pressure
