THE ROLE

The Leader, Supply Chain LATAM & Mexico is accountable for end‑to‑end supply chain performance across Latin America and Mexico, ensuring service, cost, inventory, and cash objectives are delivered in alignment with regional business strategy and Americas supply chain priorities. The Leader, Supply Chain LATAM & Mexico serves as the most senior supply chain executive in the region, partnering closely with Americas Supply Chain teams and acting as the primary point of contact for the local General Manager.

This role owns the regional supply chain agenda, including planning, customer service, CPFR, registration, and operational execution, while acting as a strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain teams. The role leads and develops multi‑country teams and ensures strong governance, standardized processes, and continuous improvement across diverse and complex markets.

The role sets the tone for culture, collaboration, and performance while owning end‑to‑end SC agenda. It demands disciplined, urgent, and resilient leadership that balances strategic direction with hands‑on execution in dynamic and constrained environments. Success relies on building trust and alignment across countries, functions, and organizational levels, enabling teams to operate as one integrated supply chain despite geographic and structural complexity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership

  • Own end‑to‑end supply chain performance for LATAM & Mexico, including service level, inventory health, cost, and cash.
  • Ensure supply chain execution supports regional growth priorities, go‑to‑market strategies, and customer commitments.
  • Provide clear visibility of risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs to regional and Americas leadership.

Planning, S&OP, and Business Alignment

  • Ensure robust demand and supply planning processes are in place and aligned with Americas and Global S&OP governance.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment between Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver the business plan.
  • Lead regional reviews on forecast accuracy, supply constraints, inventory exposure, and mitigation actions.

Customer Service, Logistics & Market Representation

  • Provide end‑to‑end supply chain leadership for LATAM & Mexico, representing the full supply chain agenda locally across planning, customer service, logistics, and regulatory activities.
  • Lead customer service execution directly and partner closely with Logistics leadership through a matrix model to ensure consistent, reliable service across markets.
  • Act as the single senior supply chain representative for the region, ensuring alignment between local business needs and Americas / Global supply chain priorities.
  • Partner with Commercial and Logistics teams to balance customer experience, cost, service, and complexity across diverse markets.
  • Ensure strong controls, compliance, and root‑cause management for service failures, claims, and delivery issues.

CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) & Registrations

  • Own and drive CPFR processes with key customers and commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory outcomes.
  • Ensure CPFR insights are fully integrated into regional demand planning and S&OP processes.
  • Oversee product registration activities across LATAM & Mexico in partnership with Regulatory, Quality, and Global teams.
  • Ensure registration timelines, dependencies, and risks are clearly reflected in supply and launch planning.
  • Proactively surface registration‑related constraints and mitigation plans to regional and Americas leadership.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and eliminate waste across planning, logistics, and customer service processes.
  • Drive standardization of ways of working while allowing for necessary local market flexibility.
  • Lead regional productivity, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations across markets.
  • Proactively manage supply chain risks (supply continuity, inventory obsolescence, capacity, logistics disruptions).
  • Escalate critical issues with clear options and recommendations.

People Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, multi‑country supply chain organization.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline and succession plans for critical roles.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as the primary LATAM & Mexico supply chain interface with Americas and Global Supply Chain leadership.
  • Part of the Americas SCLT team, actively contributing to bestpractice sharing and adopting new ways of working. Participate and support Supply chain medium‑ and long‑term strategy
  • Part of MEXICO LATAM LT, actively contributing to business execution and ongoing regional strategy.
  • Influence decisions that balance regional needs with global optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in complex, multi‑country or multi‑market environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Deep expertise in planning, demand management, and S&OP, with a proven ability to translate commercial strategy into executable supply and inventory plans.
  • Experience in emerging or developing markets strongly preferred; LATAM experience highly valued.
  • Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, and Global Supply Chain.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and matrix structures across planning, logistics, customer service, and regulatory functions.
  • End‑to‑end supply chain mindset with the ability to connect strategy, S&OP, and operational execution.
  • Highly analytical, able to frame trade‑offs and guide senior‑level decision‑making.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging with VP‑ and C‑suite stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results through cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong systems and data capability (SAP, planning tools, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
