THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly driven Distributor Manager, to lead, coordinate and optimize distribution operations and distributor performance across Latin America, ensuring the brand´s growth in the region while aligning with company’s commercial and marketing strategies. This role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, monitoring commercial objectives, and maximizing product visibility and penetration in beauty salons, ecom and retail locations. This position will work closely with the commercial team (Kams), marketing and SRM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Distributor Management, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with distributors across Latin America (excluding Brazil) to ensure execution of commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Strategy, planning and execution, design and implement distribution and trade marketing strategies that align with brand’s regional and local objectives.
  • Performance analysis, assess distributor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and create action plans to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Channel Optimization, collaborate with distributors to ensure that distribution channels are efficient and that products are available in strategic locations.
  • Budget and forecasting, monitor and manage the distribution budget in the region, ensuring efficient resource use and the achievement of financial goals.
  • Training and support provide distributors with the necessary tools and product knowledge to effectively represent the company in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Extensive experience leading beauty, hair care, or cosmetics, distributors ideally within both professional and retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Deep knowledge of the professional hair care industry, including key trends, products, and distribution channels.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to engage with clients and teams across regions.

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
  • Master’s degree in business or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of the professional hair care market’s dynamics.
