THE ROLE
We are looking for a Key Account Manager for Argentina to manage our local distributors. The main scope of this position is to boost our distribution footprint in the market across all channels. This role must be located in Buenos Aires Argentina.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the go-to-market strategy.
- Build & manage our customer relationships
- Expand our distribution footprint & brand awareness
- Execute all the company plans & innovation across customers.
- Customer P&L management
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- +5 years of sales experience, ideally in the beauty care industry.
- Sales commercial or trade marketing background.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel & distributor management
- Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Resilient and able to manage frustration.
- Good collaboration to work with cross functional teams.
- P&L management.
- Windows Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent English (90%)
