THE ROLE

We are looking for a LATAM Retail Hair Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Wella Company. In this role, you will support the execution and coordination of marketing strategies for the Retail Hair category in the LATAM region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns, brand initiatives, and brand strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in marketing execution, project coordination, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand activations across LATAM.
• Coordinate the adaptation and localization of global brand campaigns to align with local market needs.
• Assist in managing the creation and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring consistency across retail channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to guarantee smooth implementation of marketing activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on KPIs and sales data.
• Support the development and management of digital content for e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Coordinate logistics and execution in partnership with trade marketing activities, ensuring optimal visibility at retail points of sale.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials, databases, and tools to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Assist in budget tracking and administrative processes related to marketing operations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for brand growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-2 years in marketing coordination or retail marketing in the consumer goods, beauty, or retail sector.
• Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail: High level of accuracy in project execution and reporting.
• Collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Tool proficiency: Experience with marketing software, Nielsen, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Native Spanish and intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written).

Desirable:

• Experience in content creation and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and omnichannel marketing approaches.
• Passion for the beauty and hair care industry.
