The Role
The Specialist, Education Accounts Operations is responsible for owning the payment process for all Independent Contractors (Brand Educators, Design Team, Top Artist, Store Brand Ambassadors, Nail Techs, Models, Make Up Artists, and all other Education support ICs) for field in-salon seminars, events, studios, and shows across all brands and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests for new vendor creation and existing vendor updates with WorkGenius
- Review and approve all WorkGenius invoices tied to Independent Contractor payments
- Manage and distribute Independent Contractor roster monthly to ensure database accuracy
- Update weekly and distribute the master pay file monthly
- Review and process all Independent Contractor and model payments
- Submit weekly pay files
- Review and approve SAP invoices
- Coordinate Independent Contractor agreement renewal process
- Manage and approve IC profile updates
- Create and submit monthly accruals and reclasses
- Create and manage purchase orders for the Education Department
- Manage in-salon bookings
- Create and manage in-salon events tied to certification seminars
- Own and update Wella Company how-to guides
- Manage requests for new Wella Company user account creation and updates
- Provide technical support for login issues, including password resets
- Reporting on orders, events, budget, catalogue, and other assigned tasks
- Collaborate and actively participate as a team member
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications – Essential
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and focus on deliverables
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of vendor requirements
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Education & Experience
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
