Role Overview

Responsible for managing Wella’s loyalty program in North America (Wella Rewards) and tasks related to vendor payments (Accounts Payable). This role combines administration, finance, data analysis, and coordination with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Management: Reviews expenses vs. targets and provides monthly reports.
  • Accounting: Manages accounts payable, reconciliations, and approvals with Finance.
  • Rewards Catalog: Oversees daily redemptions and works with the vendor Prizeshark.
  • Redemptions: Links redemptions to different brands and educational centers.
  • Purchase Orders (POs): Sets up, processes, manages approvals, and closes POs.
  • Sales Reports: Collects distributor sales data, calculates points and tiers for the loyalty program.
  • Budget Reconciliation: Manages prepayments and invoices.
  • Quarterly Bonus Calculation.
  • Team Collaboration and support with additional tasks.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Proactive and organized.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Ability to work with different levels within the company.
