THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly driven, analytical, and resilient Sr Market Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Mexico City, supporting the end-to-end product availability across 18 countries in Latin America (excluding Brazil) and across three product categories. This role is pivotal to ensuring availability and execution, leading the planning and alignment of based products and customization (labeling and promo packs), also, maintaining strong integration with both local and global stakeholders

 

.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure product availability across all LATAM markets by working closely with Global Planning, Customer Service, Commercial, Regulatory and Initiatives teams.

• Lead the planning and execution of product customizations, such as local labeling and promotional packs, ensuring timely readiness to support sales plans.

• Act as the key market voice in regional and global forums, particularly in S&OP processes (Supply Review), clearly communicating risks, opportunities, and requirements.

• Align production needs with the Global Planning Hub to ensure production slots, material availability, and delivery timelines.

• Collaborate with Demand Planning to understand and support the demand flow and product transitions (initiatives, phase-ins/phase-outs).

• Work with Regulatory and Initiative Management teams to guarantee compliance and continuity of transitions and portfolio changes.

• Closely engage with Warehouse and Customer Service to ensure product readiness for distribution.

• Proactively support healthy inventory levels and help prevent VAR (Value at Risk) and E&O (Excess and Obsolete) situations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS
