THE ROLE
The SRM manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to achieve our business objectives with both businesses, retail and professional beauty. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape, as well as strong analytical skills to optimize pricing, promotions and InStore activations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize sales and profitability across retail and salon channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including markets, sales, and product development, to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and products assortment (mix) to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and distributors to drive revenue initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance, forecasts and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy or business analysis within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English
Desirable:
- Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- Passion for the beauty industry and an understanding of the professional hair care market’s dynamics.
