Position: Sr Domestic Transportation Coordinator – Mexico


Location: Tultitlán, Estado de México (with availability to travel to corporate offices in
Mexico City).
We are looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented, and self-driven Domestic 
Transportation Coordinator to join our Logistics team in Mexico. This is a key role responsible 
for the end-to-end coordination of all domestic transportation operations — not only for 
customer deliveries, but also for all internal movements of finished goods across the 
country.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Full ownership of domestic transport operations in Mexico, including:
• Dispatch planning, client appointment scheduling, execution, tracking, and delivery 
performance.
• Coordination of internal finished goods movements from plant to distribution center, 
plant/DC to copackers, third-party manufacturers to DC, and more.
• Oversight of 3PLs, cross-docking, parcel services, and direct-to-customer operations.
• Execution and tracking of DSO (Direct Sales Order) flows, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Collaboration with security partners to guarantee safe and compliant deliveries across all 
lanes.
• Financial visibility and support for freight reconciliation, cost validation, and efficiency 
metrics.
• Proactive coordination with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to deliver 
seamless execution.
• Development and execution of improvement projects and cost optimization initiatives
with key clients such as Walmart, Soriana, Chedraui, and major pharmacy chains.
This position requires full availability to monitor and follow up on transportation issues at 
any time and on any day, ensuring continuous operational support and immediate action 
when needed.
What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years of experience in domestic transportation operations.
• Strong track record with retail, wholesale, and high-volume delivery environments in 
Mexico.
• Deep knowledge of Control Tower logistics, vendor accountability, and performance 
tracking.
• Solid understanding of security coordination in transportation processes.
• Experience in appointment scheduling, incident resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong ownership and sense of urgency, with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and experience with TMS tools for 
planning and cost control.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required (field of study flexible).
• English is a strong plus to support long-term career development and cross-regional
